TRIO - North Chicago

Complete interior remodel and exterior elevation face lift of the existing 3500 square foot 4-bay convenience store.  The remodel included an addition to the rear of the building to allow for the new Beer Cave and Walk-In Cooler.  Extreme structural alterations were necessary due to the age and condition of the existing convenience store.

The project also included the removal of 1-used oil underground storage tank, a new dumpster enclosure, new building sidewalks, the replacement of the concrete canopy & tank pads, and new asphalt paving.
