Thorntons - Joliet

Complete interior remodel of the existing 3,875 square foot convenience store.  The project goal was to upgrade the existing store to Thornton’s new Refresh & Convene prototype.

The work included the addition of a Make-Up Air Unit and associated Kitchen Hood, new tile flooring, enlarged Backroom, New Storefront, Exterior Façade Gentrification, and bringing the parking stalls up to the current ADA Code.
