8-Dispenser Auto Canopy, 4-Dispenser Commercial Fueling Canopy, (2) large Retention Ponds, and a 4,600 square foot Convenience Store constructed on 3.4 acres. Extensive Utility Work, Traffic Signal Work, and Roadwork, including a 950 foot long Access Road was completed during the project.

Retrofitted the existing Café Seating Area of a Speedway Convenience Store into a Gaming Area.  The remodel included the addition of (5) Video Slot Machine Terminals and their associated seating.
