At R. Carlson and Sons, safety is truly our #1 priority, and we are committed to an Injury and Incident free workplace. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to safety, and maintain a commitment to providing the safest workplaces for our employees, clients, subcontractors, and the general public on every job, preventing accidents on the jobsite.

With an in-house Safety Director, each project is closely monitored to ensure full compliance with OSHA safety regulations. All employees complete our in-depth safety training orientation, and periodic safety training updates.

Our OSHA training raises awareness of dangerous habits and teaches proper procedures for assessing unsafe acts and conditions. As our employees work in the field, they implement the skills and abilities they learned in our comprehensive training to keep themselves, as well as others, safe.
